Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is three floor state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2001 after a $40 million investment. With 127,000 square feet and 265 employees, we feature 75 all-private rooms including an adjacent Medical Office Building. We are an integral part of Elko County as the only acute care hospital within a 45,000 square mile region. You can tell we take great pride in our facilities – we are modern, state-of-the-art, and impressive to first-time visitors. Among our services we offer a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Computerized Radiology, Ultrasound and we continue to add more specialties.

We are not a stand-alone hospital. We are supported by Lifepoint Hospitals, Inc. (NAS: LPNT), a 40+ hospital corporation whose focus is on the unique needs of the non-urban healthcare center. Located on a 50-acre campus, we are growing with our service area – we are in between Elko and Spring Creek. In 2010, in partnership with one of Elko’s two major North American headquarter-based global mining companies, under construction is a medical center for its employees, who are well paid and well insured. Our hospital is truly delivering upon our mission to “Provide the highest quality and compassionate healthcare through service excellence, to expand services, develop collaborative partnerships and community relationships and continue to be the healthcare provider and employer of choice.”

• We also serve as a teaching institution for the Nursing and Imaging programs at Great Basin College and the Residency/Medical Student Program at the University of Nevada.
